"I had been trucking for several years and had decided to get off the road in 2010. I applied for the position at the time through a temp agency (ASI). At the time Floyds had just opened the 3rd store in Sidney in late 2009. I had been on the other side of the counter as a driver, and I tried to use that experience. I learned very quickly that the service counter and operation was vital to the success of a small dealership.
