"Working for Floyd’s Truck Center for the past 9 years has been an excellent experience. I started with Floyd’s as a general technician with 8 years experience and gained full engine and truck certifications within 2 years. I was then promoted in 3 years to shop foreman. For the last 5 years I have held the position of service manager, and now I'm the General Manager. Floyd’s has promoted and continues to develop my professional growth in the HD trucking industry. Floyd's is a team and family oriented environment in the organization that makes coming to work a joy. "I had been trucking for several years and had decided to get off the road in 2010. I applied for the position at the time through a temp agency (ASI). At the time Floyds had just opened the 3rd store in Sidney in late 2009. I had been on the other side of the counter as a driver, and I tried to use that experience. I learned very quickly that the service counter and operation was vital to the success of a small dealership.
