Floyd’s Truck Center is thrilled to announce the addition of a Kubota dealership to our Fort Pierre location, with the initial inventory set to arrive in September. This development will reintroduce Kubota's popular equipment to central South Dakota after a notable absence.
The new Floyd’s Kubota dealership will open by the end of September, revitalizing the Kubota brand's presence in the region. Brad Blow, General Manager, expressed his excitement about the return, stating, “For that orange equipment to be back in Fort Pierre is long overdue. We’re eager to leverage the strength and expertise of our existing Floyd’s business to serve the needs of homeowners, as well as the construction and agriculture markets.”
Mark Felker from Floyd’s corporation mentioned that the new Kubota dealership will focus heavily on agricultural equipment, reflecting the strong demand in the area. The dealership will feature a broad selection of equipment for both construction and medium-duty agriculture, complemented by certified parts and repair services available at our current truck center.
The expansion will utilize existing space and enhance our truck shop facility at U.S. Highway 14 and South Waldron Street. We also plan to host a grand opening event in the spring to celebrate the launch.
